Epoxy Floors Base Escondido — Terms of Use
Epoxy Floors Base Escondido is a marketing and information website for Epoxy garage floors in the Escondido area, operated by Liberty Horns LLC. It is not a contractor, does not employ installers and does not perform installation work. No installation services are currently offered, quoted or sold through this site.
This site does not provide quotes
The price ranges shown on screen and the "typically from" figures are market estimates drawn from local pricing for similar jobs. They are provided for information only and are not an offer, quote, bid or guarantee from anyone. Any actual price comes from the installer you choose to hire, in a written agreement between you and that installer. Slab, moisture, coating-system, historic-district and food-facility information on this site is general information only; the product data sheet, the City of Escondido, the homeowner's association, the county environmental health department and the property's owner or lease decide what applies to a specific floor.
Checking availability is not a booking
Submitting the availability form tells you whether bookings are open through this site and shows you a price range. It creates no booking, appointment, priority or obligation on either side, and no installer is assigned or notified. If you leave an email address, we send one message when a licensed local installer starts taking bookings here; that installer is identified by legal name and, where required, CSLB license number, and you decide whether to contact them. You contract with the installer directly; the website operator is not a party to that agreement.
Voicemail line
Where a phone number is shown, it reaches voicemail only. Leaving a message does not request service, create a booking or obtain a quote; it lets us tell you when a local installer is available.
Files you attach
Attaching files is optional. It does not request a review, quote, design or booking, and nobody is assigned to look at the files. By attaching a file you confirm that you have the right to share it, including drawings or images made by someone else, and that it contains nothing unlawful. We may delete any file at any time.
Illustrated guides and project examples
Project examples are illustrative scenarios, not records of work performed. The pictures in guides and examples are AI-generated concept illustrations, not photographs, and the prices shown with them are typical Escondido area market ranges, not quotes.
No professional advice
Articles on coating systems, slab prep, moisture, costs and commercial floors are general information. Most garage floor coating jobs are above California's $1,000 limit for unlicensed work, so they are done by a contractor holding the right license; any license can be checked at cslb.ca.gov. Plumbing, drain, slab-replacement and structural work is outside this site.
